A plan that combines three essential elements:

Learning (input + structure)

Review (spaced repetition)

Application (transfer & performance)

And we’ll do it in a way that doesn’t make you quit after three days.

00:01:07: Reason one, they're too big.

00:01:08: Ninety minutes every day sounds ambitious but it rarely lasts.

00:01:16: Reason two people keep learning new material and then forget it quickly.

00:01:22: And reason three you know a lot But you can't use it.

00:01:27: so basically You have no skills.

00:01:32: speed-learning means plan small stay consistent review intelligently early.

00:01:42: Now three building blocks of every week, these elements are needed build learn new material compress it and create questions.

00:01:54: then review retrieve quickly fix gaps use timing and then perform speak write solve problems.

00:02:04: do many projects.

00:02:07: if you only built to become informed If you review, you become stable.

00:02:12: And if you perform to become capable?

00:02:16: Well here's a plan that realistic for most people the speed learning weekly plan in thirty minutes today five days.

00:02:26: Thirty minutes plus one short weekly check-in.

00:02:29: if you have less time do fifteen minutes But the structure remains the same Monday through Friday.

00:02:37: thirty minutes block one review.

00:02:39: ten minutes two to three old one-page notes.

00:02:44: Then answer five questions per note, and finally check only what you've missed.

00:02:50: Block Two build, fifteen minutes.

00:02:53: Five minutes input Core Only Ten minutes training Questions flashcards or practice.

00:03:00: And then block Three perform for five minutes.

00:03:04: Speak of right five sentences Maybe a mini task a sixty-second explanation.

00:03:11: Well, why this order?

00:03:13: Review first!

00:03:15: This activates knowledge and warms you up.

00:03:18: Build second You learn faster when your brain is already in the zone And perform last Locks the knowledge into real use.

00:03:30: Now people get overwhelmed because they juggled too many things.
