00:00:00:

00:00:15: Speed learning, the success techniques for you and your life.

00:00:39: motivation, but not short-term motivation.

00:00:43: instead how to stay consistent long term without pressure stress or burnout.

00:00:50: Now the problem is motivation is unreliable.

00:00:54: many people rely on motivation but motivation as we know in consistent mood dependent and unpredictable.

00:01:03: so the result sometimes you study a lot.

00:01:09: Now, motivation is a bonus – not a system.

00:01:13: The truth?

00:01:15: Discipline isn't the solution either!

00:01:18: Many people say you just need more discipline….

00:01:21: well that's not true because discipline is exhausting.

00:01:24: Disciplin costs energy and discipline doesn't last forever.

00:01:31: What we really needed was a system which works without motivation.

00:01:36: So three pillars of long-term consistency.

00:01:41: It comes from three things, first clarity why?

00:01:46: Why are you learning this?

00:01:48: what do You want to achieve?

00:01:50: no clear goal No direction and therefore no motivation To go that way.

00:01:57: second simplicity how Small steps, clear structure and no overwhelm.

00:02:03: The simpler it is the more consistent you are... ...and the more motivated!

00:02:10: The longer the motivation will take.

00:02:13: And three visible progress.

00:02:15: small wins measurable growth & feedback because progress motivates more than goes.

00:02:22: If your a part of an organization that is working for environmental protection or peace in the world, protecting women from domestic violence.

00:02:39: Then you need small progress to stay motivated over long periods maybe four years to be involved with these projects.

00:02:50: So the one percent rule, instead of thinking I need to study a lot think.

00:02:54: I will get one percent better every day.

00:02:58: so that's what keeps you motivated.

00:03:00: That means small improvements daily consistency and long-term impact.

00:03:06: And after thirty days there is massive difference especially in learning languages.

00:03:12: One percent per day i mean thats not alot but After A month or even a year its Tremendous.

00:03:21: So motivation through habits, don't rely on motivation, rely on habits and they will keep you motivated.

00:03:31: examples what we've already discussed in previous podcast episodes is fixed time and clear routines and defined starting points.

00:03:41: so learning becomes not a decision but routine.

00:03:45: that's important.

00:03:48: But the biggest danger again, perfectionism.

00:03:52: Many people think I don't have time today!

00:03:55: Well we discussed that last time... ...I'll do it properly tomorrow.

00:04:01: No there won't be progress.

00:04:05: It's better to be imperfect.

00:04:08: Imperfect is better than nothing.

00:04:10: Even three minutes count.

00:04:13: Consequence and Consistence beats Perfection talent.

00:04:20: So the minimum rule, define your minimum.

00:04:23: for example studying for three minutes or answering five questions.

00:04:28: so just reviewing one concept if you do more that's great!

00:04:31: If not then still success.

00:04:34: The key idea is minimum beats zero.

00:04:38: let us now with our many exercises Define Your Learning Goal.

00:04:44: Now I mean... You probably have the same goal over.

00:04:49: So the goal is defined.

00:04:52: Set a minimum, daily minimum of three to five minutes and choose a fixed time.

00:04:59: And that's your new system.

00:05:01: I mean if you sleep until seven o'clock in the morning You can Choose four o' clock In The Morning.

00:05:06: Just tune the alarm then wake up Do Your Three To Five Minutes Then Continue Sleeping.

00:05:12: This Might Also Be Option Okay.

00:05:16: so let´s come back To the summary, key points.

00:05:19: Motivation is unreliable.

00:05:21: systems be disciplined.

00:05:23: small steps are powerful and progress drives motivation.

00:05:26: so you need to have measurable progress every single day.

00:05:33: So your routine.

00:05:35: if you haven't implemented it in a way I've described In The Last Episodes You Have Your Daily Routine of Three-Five Minutes And daily progress, then you're motivated.

00:05:51: Okay?

00:05:51: It's like the carrot in front of the donkey that keeps the animal moving.

00:05:57: Success comes from consistency not for motivation but being successful will motivate you!

00:06:07: That's great isn't

00:06:08: it?!

00:06:09: All right so again if this episode helped you I'd like a nice review and you may start your minimum system today.

00:07:03: I also add The Medical Mushroom Ganoderma Luzidum which supports my body and helps

00:07:08: calm My mind while

00:07:15: learning.
