00:00:40: Because most people say I don't have time.
00:00:44: But the truth is, You need to use your existing time much better.
00:00:52: Time management – it's a big task!
00:00:55: The problem learning is regarded as an extra-task.
00:01:02: Yes… People treat learning like project or appointment.
00:01:07: The problem is, your day is already full.
00:01:10: Nobody's sitting there in the sun thinking for two hours.
00:01:14: Oh I don't know what to do with my time!
00:01:17: I'm so bored...I have no much time.
00:01:20: No nobody doing that.
00:01:21: Your day is bloody full.
00:01:24: So as a result learning gets postponed Learning get skipped Learning becomes inconsistent.
00:01:31: What feels optional gets removed?
00:01:36: integrate learning.
00:01:38: Instead of asking when will I study, ask yourself where does learning fit into my day?
00:01:46: This means learning is no longer extra.
00:01:48: it becomes part of your routine.
00:01:51: so let's have a look at the five best learning moments in your day because you already have hidden learning opportunities!
00:02:01: Morning routine three to five minutes of review.
00:02:04: answer five questions.
00:02:06: waiting times at the doctor, supermarket appointments.
00:02:10: getting stuck on a traffic jam.
00:02:13: Perfect for many reviews commuting or travel.
00:02:16: listen to audio.
00:02:17: review concepts certain breaks.
00:02:21: two-three minutes on focus.
00:02:23: explain one's concept.
00:02:25: evening routine quick reflection.
00:02:28: three minute review.
00:02:30: so you have more time than your thing.
00:02:33: it is just hidden.
00:02:34: For example if If you forget about social media consumption, or first do your learning routine two to three minutes then go to Social Media.

00:04:34: And the biggest lie is I don't have time.
00:04:37: Well, nobody has time because you cannot possess time.
00:04:40: You just can use time.
00:04:42: But we all will have twenty four hours during the day.
00:04:46: Yeah mean at least if your part of our Time Organizing world Often this really means i Don't Have Time Means?
00:04:58: I have no Priority!
00:04:59: I have No Structure!
00:05:00: I Have No System Because Everyone Has Five Minutes.
00:05:05: As I already mentioned, everyone has twenty-five hours.
00:05:09: But five minutes.
00:05:11: you are planning your day differently so... Five Minutes Are Okay!
00:05:17: Lack of time is a structure problem.
00:05:21: Your personal learning flow can look like this Mini start in the morning.
00:05:24: three to five minutes for example while brushing teeth.
00:05:30: One two Three Micro Sessions during The Day or for example because you are using waiting time.
00:05:38: Mini-finish in the evening, quick review before watching your favorite film.
00:05:45: This is ten to twenty minutes distributed.
00:05:47: no extra time block needed.
00:05:52: This our mini exercise do this now.
00:05:54: identify three times slots in a day.
00:05:57: stop the podcast and then listen.
00:06:02: continue listening.
00:06:06: Now.
00:06:07: define one mini learning action for each.

00:06:24: This becomes your new learning routine directly After this podcast.
00:06:29: I mean honestly You have time to listen to their podcast.
00:06:33: it takes you ten to twelve minutes.
00:06:34: That's brilliant!You can listen in the bathroom In the morning.
00:06:39: Let's say you listen to one episode per week.
