00:00:48: So, the problem is unstructured learning!
00:00:52: You know many people learn like one video a day or book tomorrow across next days without clear systems.
00:01:00: The result?
00:01:01: No consistent review no overview and no visible progress.
00:01:07: Without a system, there is no sustainable progress.
00:01:11: Now why systems beat motivation?
00:01:14: We spoke about this in our previous episode that motivation is unreliable emotional and therefore inconsistent.
00:01:24: but the system is stable predictable and repeatable.
00:01:30: so thats why success doesn't come from motivation it comes from structure.
00:01:36: So the three core elements of a perfect learning system are input, what do you learn?
00:01:45: Clear sources.
00:01:46: Selected content, AT-Twenty as we have described in our last episode.
00:01:52: so no chaos.
00:01:54: The point is if you have different sources You might jump between them instead of using one efficiently.
00:02:05: Okay, for example if you want to learn a language step one get our learning podcast.

00:03:51: It must be languages that he or she has learnt by himself or herself.
00:03:59: Then look at what kind of course material they provide.
00:04:02: Maybe you can start with some let's say ten sessions online coaching simply to to check, to see if the chemistry works.
00:04:16: To see if a technique or method suits you and that it works.
00:04:21: then do extra sessions.
00:04:26: Part topic two processing system.
00:04:29: how-do-you learn?
00:04:31: So notes as questions always ask yourself question active recall, most important aspect and short sessions.
00:04:41: So don't just consume but understand and reproduce.
00:04:48: number three review system.
00:04:49: how do you retain it?
00:04:51: daily mini reviews for example or spaced repetition?

00:07:26: Maybe they're pop-ups coming up.
00:07:28: There are open websites.
